Hi There!

I’m Michelle Tyliakos—a Consultant, Coach, Educator, and Wellness Advocate based in Port Moody, BC, Canada. My work is dedicated to guiding individuals, families, and professionals through life’s most transformative journeys. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, redefining your career, or mapping the future of your business, I create space for you to feel supported, respected, and equipped to make choices that align with your values and vision.

a little about me

Life’s transitions have a way of calling us to step into something greater—greater clarity, courage, and alignment with what truly matters. My journey has taught me how to meet these moments, and it’s what I bring to the work I do. With close to 2000 hours of coaching, communication, and personal development, my approach blends intuition, compassion, and practical wisdom to guide you through the spaces between where you are and where you want to be.

My own story is one of transformation. During my husband’s battle with a rare cancer, I became a fierce advocate, navigating the complexities of the healthcare system while raising four children and holding our family together. His passing deeply shaped me, leaving a legacy of resilience, love, and an unshakable commitment to honoring what matters most. These experiences gave me a profound understanding of life’s challenges and the opportunities they bring for growth and reinvention.

Today, my work honors the fullness of the human experience. Whether you’re navigating the emotional complexities of parenthood, designing a new chapter in your personal or professional life, or moving through grief and loss, I stand beside you in the process. My approach is both grounded and expansive, combining intuitive insight with actionable frameworks to help you find clarity and create the path forward.

I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions—this work is about you. Together, we can address the hard stuff—fear, uncertainty, grief—and uncover the direction and structure you need to move toward your goals. Whether it’s redefining your identity, navigating transitions, or building something entirely new, I’m here to walk with you as you step into the next version of yourself.

As a mother of four, a widow, and someone who has rebuilt her life after profound change, I bring a unique perspective that bridges the deeply personal with the practical. My services include life coaching, perinatal consulting, healthcare advocacy, grief support, and mentoring for birth and health professionals. Each service is rooted in honoring where you’ve been and helping you create what’s next.

Life doesn’t wait, and every moment is an opportunity to align with who you are and the version of yourself that you want to meet.
