Focusing on You
You were once pregnant and now you are not. This can be a difficult time to grapple with, and you are not alone. If you find yourself in the middle of this crisis and not sure where to turn, please know that I have a list of Full Spectrum Doulas who are available to be with you during this time.
Miscarriage -The baby passes unexpectedly before 20 weeks gestation.
Stillbirth - The baby passes after 20 weeks gestation or in the birthing process
Abortion - A procedure to end pregnancy
Termination - A procedure to end pregnancy,
Neonatal Death - A live born baby who passes within 28 days of birth
Full Spectrum Doula- Someone who is trained to be with you through any experience in pregnancy or loss
